چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر مرحله رشد بر ارزش غذایی دو گونه مرتعی کرفس کوهی (Kelussia odoratissima Mozaff) و بیلهر (aucheri Boiss Dorema) در مراتع ییلاقی شهرستان کهگیلویه، نمونه برداری در سه مرحله‌ی رشد رویشی، گلدهی و بذردهی انجام گرفت و در شرایط سایه، خشک و آسیاب شدند و ترکیبات شیمیایی آن‌ها شامل پروتئین‌خام (CP)، چربی خام (EE)، خاکستر (Ash)، فسفر(P)، کلسیم (Ca)مقدار الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی ((NDF، مقدار الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی(ADF) در آزمایشگاه اندازه‌گیری و قابلیت هضم ماده‌ی خشک (DMD) و انرژی متابولیسمی (ME) محاسبه گردیدند. برای مقایسه میانگین‌ها از تجزیه‌ی واریانس و آزمون توکی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ارزش غذایی علوفه هر دو گونه در مرحله رشد رویشی بیشتر از مراحل دیگراست. همچنین دوگونه از نظر پروتئین‌خام، خاکستر، فسفر، کلسیم، قابلیت هضم‌پذیری، انرژی متابولیسمی، مقدار الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی، مقدار الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی در سه مرحله فنولوژی دارای تفاوت معنی‌داری (0.05 ≤P) با یکدیگر بودند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که ارزش غذایی گونه کرفس کوهی بیشتر از گونه بیلهر می‌باشد.

Effect of Phenological stages on nutritional value of two rangeland species (Kelussia odoratissima Mozaff. and Dorema aucheri Boiss) in Dishmok summer rangelands (Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad Province)

چکیده [English]

To study the effect of growth stage on the nutritional value of two rangeland species (Kelussia odoratissima mozaff and Dorema aucheri Boiss) in Kohgiloyeh summer Rangelands, sampling at three stages of vegetative growth, flowering and seeding was performed. The samples were dried and milled in the shadows. Then, the chemical compounds contain Crude Protein, Ether Extract, Ash, Phosphorus, Calcium, content of Neutral Detergent Fiber, content Acid Detergent Fiber were measured in the laboratory. In addition, Dry Matter Digestibility and Metabolizable Energy were calculated. Analyses variance and Tukey’s test were used for all comparisons. The results showed that nutritive value of both species was higher in the vegetative stage than the others stages. CP, Ash, P, Ca, DMD, ME NDF and ADF had significant difference among the three phenological stages in both species (P≤0.05). In general, the nutritional value of Kelussia odoratissima Mozaff. was higher than Dorema aucheri Boiss.
